There are hundreds of weird and wonderful things on display, with every label in English and Thai. Some items are originals, others are replicas. Several displays are interactive like a scale you can stand on to check your weight on the moon.
As you walk around, the museum will surely blow your mind away with things that you didn’t even know existed. And guaranteed, once you have finished your visit and go home you will be left wondering if what you have just seen, actually exists in real life. So, no, you haven’t seen enough of this world yet
So what makes this place so special? What are you missing out on? Well, the answer to that is simple. What makes this museum so famous is it focuses on the things that you least expect to see. Some of these include A real shrunken head, a mask made from human skin, primitive torture devices and even a wax figure of a four-eyed man. The scary thing is, some of these are actually in fact real artefacts and some are just replicas.
However, with all this said, The “odd” is not the only thing you will encounter at the museum. You will also see the very curious, as in curious facts and inventions. These include a Titanic that is made entirely of matchsticks and a model of the 1937 Jaguar that is actually a motorboat.

A Short Story of Robert Leroy Ripley
Ripley’s life story is as amazing as the collections inside the museum. He is a self-taught artist, Ripley had travelled the world and, just as a personal hobby, documented all weird and wonderful things he witnessed along the way.
This life-long passion for travel and adventures had taken him to many parts of the world, whether it was in Europe, Central America, South America and Asia, where he felt most at home in China.
As he travelled, he documented every strange thing and creatures he saw. By unitizing his artistic talent, he was able to draw them as cartoons and published them in a series of cartoon panels under the title “Believe it or Not!”, which later grew into radio and television shows. At the height of his career, his cartoon series had an estimated readership of 80 million.

Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is located in Ripley’s Believe It or Not! World of Entertainment complex on the top floor of the Royal Garden Plaza Mall on Beach Road between Pattaya Soi 13/2 and Pattaya Soi 13/3 in Central Pattaya.
Get there by taxi or songthaew. The entertainment complex is on the songthaew circular route beach road – Pattaya 2nd road in central Pattaya.
